DVD's came today now i just have to find some games to backup. What game should i back up do you think is a good game?

gears of war.
it also will get you ready for the nov release of gears 2.

What kinda games do you like?

Mostly FPS Games. I mean in all general that is the topic of games that i play mostly.

Does anyone know any good games that are out right now that i should BACK up?

As far as FPS... Call of Duty 2, Gears of War, Bioshock, FEAR, PREY, Quake 4, Call of Duty 4, Halo 3, are some of the decent ones I've played. FPS make up 1/2 of the 360's game library, so you have a good selection.

Question about the whole PAL/NTSC ok say i have a NTSC Xbox 360 will a PAL game play on it or does it have to be a MULTI file. Just because i joined this site and most of their files are PAL. Just asking thanks.

your 360 will only play game that are region free or from your region.
if you are in the U.S.A. it will not play pal.

i wouldn't recommend downloading games man, you never know what could be added to the iso.

do you plan to go on live ? even if you don't i still wouldn't dl games, i think cofree said it's still not good...

it's always best to make a rip of an original 360 disc in xbc, cuz thats the best way to make it closest to the original.

I understand what you mean DM but i m only going to try and see if it works. Also i m not going to go online with these downloaded games. I will only go online if i get the direct copy of a game just to make it more safe. But at this time it is the only way i can see if my drive can play burnt games. Thanks for the info though and i know what you mean by saying do not download games just because some people may hide things in the files that can damage my dvd drive in some way or my console in general.

It is our understanding the your 360 logs different items, one of which is a bad download. We believe that it is possible for m$ to tell if you've played a bad game even if you don't go online with it. I wouldn't mess with downloaded content if you have any desire to go on Live!

yeah man i think you should stay away from dl games altogether.

i never let anything touch my drive other than a complete backup in xbc or an original xbox/360 game.

i m going to be getting a new xbox 360 so that i can go online with that one and not the modded one. Thanks for all of the help.
