Trouble with Hitachi drive

I have a Hitachi 79 and is giving me alot of trouble.

I can't get passed the Ram Execute command failed

Playing 79Unlock Audio CD
Pausing 79Unlock Audio CD, after 500mS
Ejecting 79Unlock Audio CD
Setting bit 3 @ 0x5BD
Executing code in Ram
Ram Execute command failed

I have tried using the other port on my Via card and the port doesn't work. Does not see the drive at all.
I also tried on a different PC and still the same error message.

Can someone please help me find the solution.

ps. this is a Lite-On spoof on a Hitachi 79 Drive.

Press play audio cd right after you close dvd drive with audio 79 cd in it. Make sure you burn the audio 79 bin file on cd if i remember correctly.
