Please, need help flashing erased liteon drive

Hows it going guys....This is my first post.....I have been reading and trying to flash my liteon drive for about a couple of weeks with no luck. Here are my details as far as setup. I have a liteon drive 83850c dated July 2009, a sata laptop card via 6421a and a blaster CK3 connected to xbox360. I already uninstalled all via drivers and have portio32 installed. During the steps to flash, I was able to dump all my needed files dummy etc.. and as I was erasing drive, my computer froze. Now when I try to erase it again in dosflash with l-o-rase.exe my drive just gives me status FFFF no matter how many times I try. I've tried everthing I can think of and would appreciate any help from any experts out there. I have already reinstalled over and over with the same results. Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions..

you are going to need to use a desktop pc
with iprep for doing a restore
iprep is not going to work with a laptop and a PCMCIA is not going to work
