iprep cannot open binary file

ok , you may know last week i bricked a benq drive trying to flash 0800 firmware, this week i bought a new benq drive and tried to flash 0800 firmware again.
ive succesfully backed up the drive key :D(it was already on 1.61 by the way) but iprep 10.7 erased but did not flash i get the message cannot open binary file what the hell is going on. i 've flashed my other benq plenty of times without probs this 0800 firmware is taking the mick!
my set up is
benq 360 drive
ck3 pro
via 6421
iprep 10.7
im also using commando lees tut http://robinhoodsplayground.com/forum/v ... 197&t=7067
im going to sleep now as ive been trying all night
please help me out im going nuts :x

Its not likein the fw.

the prob lies with you trying to do that process with 10.7

use iprep 9 which can be found in the download section

thanks commando lee i used iprep 9 and it worked first time

no disrespect but you should state what iprep to use in your tut.
one more prob now, the drives flashed with 1.6 0800 its picked up in xbc BUT it wont bloody eject. i hear it trying to open it whirrs around but it dont open. its a benq drive from a console it has the xbox 360 silver trim on the front.
any ideas

oh yeah, :D ive managed to get the drive open. i screwed it open and loaded the rubberband up with some brut aftershave :) it worked and now opens up with the ck3 eject. [looks like some cheeky bugger sold me a jammed drive]
now onto ripping in xbc

you could try and soak it in warm water that some times works

klutsh taught me the trick and ive done it 3 times and it works everytime.boil kettle and soak band in hot water with a little washing up liquid for a minute.then pat dry and then pop back in hot water.then put in cold water and then pat dry.try not to stretch it whilst drying.
flash all phat's and slim drives upto 1175fw.awaiting delivery of cr3lite
