JF 1.70 issue

I recently bought an Xbox arcade I opened it I have a Lite on 83850c MF date of July 31 09. I just downloaded JF 1.70 and LT. I am following the PDF document and I have my drive hooked up with a USB to serial cable and a Maximus Xtractor that I used on my old boxes. Drive is powered on half open also. the first step where I need to click on the button Import 83 key file I get an error that says

barcode.bin.key does not exist please verify the correct file name was given. Sorry if this is a dumb question but any help would be greatly appreciated.
