Is is reputable?? They never respond to my inquiry in regards to my shipment, it's been 1.5 weeks since item was shipped, does it take that long to ship from Canada to the US??

I've seen it take that long. It has to clear customs, but cofree and I were sitting here talking and neither of us has seen that site before.
