Sata or IDE burner ?

Pioneer DVD±RW brander, DVR-215, 20x, SATA,

or


Pioneer DVD±RW brander, DVR-115D, 20x, Dual IDE

Differense is sata or IDE

My burner died.

BUt can't make up which one to choose from the above and will they both work te create game backup's ?

well it has to be a DL dvd burner.
other than that it dont matter to me.
i have both a sata and a ide burner and they both work fine.

it depends because the new motherboards work well with the sata drives but if you have a clear window and you want your system to look neat and stuff, then get a sata drive as the ide cable is bit fat. but performance wise they are both the same really.
