Hi, I have a question.. Will running a backed up copy of a xbox 1 game offline ban my xbox 360 when i go to live???

Bans work in waves, which means you can do all kinds of shady things and not be banned instantly, but when the wave comes around you can bet the farm you'll be banned. So no you will not be banned the moment you connect to live.
Also, if you have LT flashed to the drive you should be fine, but when the next ban wave comes around M$ will probably have figured out a way to detect LT, and you'll be banned based on that, and not that you played a bad backup.
Look at the last wave, some people had flashed console's and never done anything with them, they'd never seen a game or anything, and they were banned...
