hi, best wy and easiest would be using iprep, it is same way as using a flash instead using a floppy.
here have a look at this tut:

basically where you need to choose what drive letter it is you just put the letter for the flooppy and set the boot in dos, to floppy first and just follow the video.
cheers

Re: flashing benq with floppy
westsyde, i flashed my benq with a floppy using iprep.
i used textbooks tut, just bear in mind a floppy takes time to dump/flash. also iprep took over 2 mins to prepare my floppy ( i wrongly thought iprep crashed) so you got to have patience.

Re: flashing benq with floppy
will i read the guide using floppy never said anything about taking to long!! only reason i have to use floppy is because my computer does not boot from usb. When i tryed the ntfs4dos cd i got few errors! my only option is floppy! so doesnt it work eventhough it takes awhile?
Re: flashing benq with floppy
as long as your floppy and your drive is good it should be fine.
you need to remember that after the dump it will take a few min for firmtool to start and build your hacked firmware.
dont turn the computer off until you see the last thing in the video.

you will see in the video that firmtool starts fast after the dump.give the floppy some time to start firmtool.
