most new dells open up with release buttons - this one looks no different ;)

Take alook at the support document :

On older dells there is a black button on the top of the computer and on the bottom. Lay the computer on its side and push both buttons and lift apart. The dell is hinged in the front though so you end up with a computer case in the shape of a right angle with a bunch of crap on either side. Install you drive with the included drive rails(inside case) plug the drive into power and IDE and enjoy!
