xbox360 dlc game discs

Have been trying to find info on this for a while but could never find anything,

What i want to know is games like fallout 3 GOTY where you get all the DLC on another disc if i were to install that to a hdd from a dl/ed source then move that hdd to the non-patched xbox.

would it work ?
would it be spotted as a fake?


i think i know the answer already but just been bugging me.

man we dont support any DL stuff

but
if you have a original disc of the DLC you can make a backup of it just like you make a backup of a original game.

any thing that is modded is at risk on getting banned
