Im getting a rrod error code 0003. What is the easiest way to fix this? I have hit the cou and gpu with a heat gun because it had a 0102 error code, but now im getting the 0003. Any ideas?

That means the CPU or GPU are not being powered. Which is usually a PSU problem, but since you said you heat gunned the board, you've likely blown a capacitor, or bridged a point or something.
Take a look closely at your motherboard see if you have any bulging capacitors or any solder point's that look cold.

IS there a chance i've bridged a point under the gpu of cpu? I did hit it with the heat gun, but its not like i over did it and help the heat gun there for 20 min. it was maybe 20-30 sec on each one.

Well if you bridged a point under the CPU or GPU, you likely wouldnt be getting 0003.
0003 is a power issue. The CPU and GPU are just not being powered, so the power is being interrupted somewhere, I've only heard of this once and the guy blew a capacitor while heatgunning.

I have looked over this whole thing with a magnifying glass and cannot find anything wrong with this thing. Any idea where this thing might be located? I've looked over the whole thing more than once and can't find it.

Not quite sure, do you have a spare power brick? Check the power connector as well, it may be damaged.
You can always try another reflow, and hope that it was a bridged connection under the gpu or cpu.
