Re: benq v6038 reading error?
what are you trying to dump the firmware on.
check the dump OFW in the backup folder.if its there check it with firmware toolbox and see if it a good dump. With a good key you may just need to build your CFW(hacked firmware)your self.

After reading the post properly it actually looks like your floppy disk is full!JUVY wrote:were would the back up folder be located..? does it save to the floppy or sumthing that i use...? or u mean use the firmware tool and then wit that i can check the backup folder....
Check the free space on the disk & if confirmed then re-format & prepare with iprep... then re-dump / then check with fw tool box / then if all good flash

Re: benq v6038 reading error?
man if you are getting a error that means that you have a bad firmware key in the dvd drive right now.
If you trash the backup folder with your key in it .
you have just kill your chance of getting your drive to every work
you have to have a your good key.
all you can hope is its in the backup folder in the OFW.
if it is you will have to do a restore on the drive
that will be the only way to save it
