Unable disk type

when I try and do a stealth check I keep getting "Unable to determine xbox disk type" program is set for xbox360. Getting a good Kreon rip on checker.Only getting the iso file no dvd file. Have tried it more than once and still same message. Any ideas.

ive have dumped that game just fine.
im not sure man.
just check over your setting is the only thing i can think of
