new pc with dvd muliter

Hi Guys

Im having some problems can any of you help me i have just build a new dual core pc its all working ok but wouldnt work well till i put on service pack 3, when i try loading on dvd muliter an error occures it says@the aplication failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135) click ok to terminate ??? any ideas and iprep wont work and some of the others can any of you good guys tell me what im doing wrong kindest regards Stuart

xp?? download & install the M$ NET framework ;)

tried that dude but cwont let me load the .net 2.0 framework?? had so much trouble with this new pc man nightmare could do with new copy windows xp me thinks

why can't you install it?? are you logged in as administrator

I take you are running xp yes?

yes matey im runnng xp and its a duo core 1.6 with 2g ram service pack three is it because the .net framework is a higher version 3.2 or something ???? bit confused the pc has been a real nightmare to build not using original software either see maybe the problem ???
