need help

so i downloaded the extremepackagetoshiba.rar from xbins and i want to put the 0800 firmware on my samsung ts-h943 drive so i can copy game disks and in the folder there are two firmwares extreme.bin and xtrm0800.bin which one do i need? also every time i try to load either firmware into iprep it says no valid firmware loaded.

0800 bin is what you need
you will have to rename it
and copy it in the iprep boot flash after you have made it.
im going to be doing a guide on this soon.

this might sound stupid but the firmware doesn't load. how do i fix this?

If you don't load it with iprep. Basically if you'vé flashed your drive before and still have iprep setup from where you did that, just back up your hacked firmware and then rename the 0800 bin to what your hacked firmware is named and then put that in the backups folder where your hacked firmware was. Then just flash it in. To undo it, put your hacked firmware back in the backups folder and flash it in.

If you've never flashed your drive before, setup iprep like your going to flash it with ixtreme. Dump the drive and save your hacked firmware, then just rename the 0800 bin file to match your hacked firmware and put it in the backups folder and flash it in.
