How to you verify if the key you extracted from a liteon (using ck3 and probe) is valid?

You can download and use FW toolbox 360 from xbins. Also download any OFW from xbins.

Open toolbox, load the OFW you downloaded. Click the [...] button beside the key part (it will probably say 000000000000000) then open your key.bin and you should see your key.

There's no OFW for the lite on...

I think you could check it with FWToolbox once you have creadted your hacked firmware, but I would say go with Jungle Flasher to check your key. The best way to validate it, is it to dump it again and check the key's against each other....

Load your dummy as source, and you'll be able to see the key within the info for the firmware.

Thanks guys...i will do this on the next liteon drive i flash (no point doing it for the flash i did ) flashing just becomes addicting i think
