i finished swap from samsung ms28 to benq, but i have another problems. I can play some backup game, but sometimes popup unreadable disk. and the serious problem is ... i cannot play original game anymore.keep saying play dvd......what happened is it?

Try cleaning lens on drive with alcohol/cotton swab.

it sounds like you did not get a NEW dvd drive
if it will not read orig game its not going to read backups.

but it read some backup~ and sometimes during the game, it pop up unreadable disc~~~and when i put original game, it shows dvd, weird!!!

well the firmware must be good 'cos you can play something...

From there I would say it's either the laser or media. you shouldn't have that problem with a new drive, I would be sending it back to wherever it came from and asking for a 'new' replacement
