So I thought if iPrep runs strictly in DOS why not run it from the cmd prompt? Well here's what I've got so far I figure the rest of you guys checking this out might have some better ideas or input. The second img I ran autoexec.bat then dSam 1234567 12345. Yes I've check all the connections and power and all the basics.

I would say that is what the problem is with that.

gisborne would be the best for this. ;)
