xwripper download wont run for me

I downloaded wxripper from your site and then I tried another site both with the same error. bottom screen shot shows how many files were extracted and it looks like less files than shown on your tutorial, top screen shot shows the error when I try to open the appication. why do I have lees files than you show and maybe Im missing a program that needs to run in the background maybe like microsoft .net framework 2.0 ??

the top picture is fine that is what a new load of the program looks like.
if you dont have framework 2.0 then yes you should install it.
