Need help with iPrep

Every time I try loading a firmware into the source firmware section it tells me 'No Valid Firmware Loaded.'
So what can I do to fix this problem ? Do I have to have my SATA card connected when I'm loading the firmware ? Or do I need to place the firmware somewhere for it to load it ? Thanks for the help.

Still gives me no valid firmware loaded. Is it the same if I use the mod disk v 1.6 ? Because that seems to be easier for me.

the mod disc will be fine

if iprep is still not loading the firmware
you most not have updated the def file right
or your firmware is bad

Can you link me to the firmware that you use to load into iPrep ?Please

It's all on xbins, and the ixdef file is in our downloads section. You can also pickup auto-xbins from our downloads section.

I have everything from Xbins. I just don't know if I'm not placing something where it's supposed to be so iPrep can load or what. I have the 1.6 firmware in the rar and unrar'd versions. But everytime I try to load them into iPrep it says no Valid firmware loaded.

Here's the latest ixdef file from Sadalius. Extract this into the iPrep/Resources folder overwriting the old def file.

Just did it and still nothing. I am putting the firmware im trying to load into the firmware folder of iPrep and then trying to load it but still nothing ? Am I skipping a step or something ?

if you have updated the def file
then you have to be doing something wrong

go into detail about what you have done

Try reinstalling Net Framework, I kept having this issue but after I reinstalled net framework it worked ok, But it seems if you cancel iprep after its already loaded the FW it gives you the no valid FW message again when you try to load. Its working ok for me now but that was the problem. Its Net Framework mate.
