Youtube E-mail? (Dispute Copyright)

Hey guys, just want to know if you know a youtube e-mail that I can contact regarding a copyright claim on one of my videos?

I uploaded a video of my and my buddy doing burnouts and donuts, its ment to be a joke, so I put in gangster rap for the background music. One of the songs had a copyright claim on it so they disabled my video. So I re uploaded it with less than 30 seconds of all the songs. It was then disabled again, so I disputed it and it was rejected. So now I would like to e-mail youtube, and see about getting an answer to why it was rejected twice?

Normally I would just remove the copyrighted song so when its being processed there is no copyright claim, but I dont have any of the original clips I put in the video, nor do I have the original video anymore...

they have took the sound out of 2 of my videos also

im just going to use a site like
