I have been trying to get this dvd drive to burn my backup, it will burn cd and dvd 100% all the time works a treat, now when i try to burn my 360 back up with img burn i get some kind of power error i/o.

its shows on the front with the normal dvd+r dl symbol so i know it can or should be able to dl

This is the model information that shows in device manager.
