Lite-on Recover if it locked up after erase video

My Lite-on DVD Rom is now locked due to failed flash. I follow CoFree's video almost to the end and its locked up after selecting the last two warning screen. I ran accross CoFree's video clip how to recover it but I need all the files to make this happen (I hope...).
1) Where can I get all the file as mentioned in his video clip. What version was the Iprep and where can I get this old one? I only can find 2 (8.8 & 8.9) but both are not the same one. Patch MTK is not an option.
2) Ixtreme dos folder he mentioned, what and where can I get it to copy those dos files over?
3) Any helps will Greatly be appreciated!!!

You can Download the all files from X-bins an easy way to get everything is go 360mods.net first thing on the page get X-bins Run and in Xbins select xbox360 - If I remember correctly its under Firmware - Firmware Tools
Get all of the following -
Iprep -(I use v9) don't matter what version MTK flash is old use the new one you need to put the definitions in ex: C:/ProgramFiles/iPrep/directory you will see the ixdef file copy the new ixdef file and paste replace the old one!
Next format the USB stick with iPrep check the make device bootable option and what drive letter load the ix1.6 to the lite-on section then click prepare destination.
L-O-Eras.exe - paste in USB stick root with Flite, Dlite, dosflash, ect..
Make the firmware in JungleFlasher copy the Lite_CFW.bin file and paste in USB stick root with Flite, Dlite, dosflash, ect..
Shutdown
Press F12 on boot or what ever your computers boot option menu select USB DEVICE
Should boot to the iprep main screen schould have directions FSAM.DSAM.FBEN.DBEN Ect..
Now type
L-O-Erase.exe dd60 - for DD60 put your port.
Should display status - FF80
Now you got to type the command again or just press F3(repeats last line) schould still be FF80
Powercycle the drive.
F3 again - repeats command FF80 still
F3 again now FF72 status - good now continue
After typing l-o-eras.exe dd60 2 times and power cycling the drive sometimes you need to enter l-o-eras.exe dd60 command more than 2 times do it untill the status is FF72.
Now power Off the drive
Now type
Dosflash
When it asks to resend hit Y wait a sec power on drive
Select what number drive it is my computer is 6
Now Erase so type E enter wait to finish - if already erased skip to write
Now power Off the drive
Now type
Dosflash
When it asks to resend hit Y wait a sec power on drive
Select what number drive it is my computer is 6
Select Write hit W enter then enter
Lite_CFW.bin enter
Will write banks and thats it. Go play your Xbox360!

All these downloads require winrar install rightclick the file you download extract to where you want the file.
