My PC is not recognizing my CK3

The first day I plugged my CK3 into my computer with the mini USB that it came with it recognized it and I installed the drivers, it worked all that day, but today when I plug it in it does not recognize it at all, I tried it in multiple PCs and it doesn't get recognized on any of them. Please help!

Try a different usb cable first, if it still isn't recognised you may have a faulty ck3. Get onto the suppliers and they might offer to replace it. Failing that if its just the usb connection which is faulty and you need to do a 360 you could use an r232 cable into a comport.

Yeah, like Dalecheesy said, try a different USB cable, then if you can try using rs232 cable instead of USB. And if it works on rs232 then the USB circuit of the ck3 has went bad. If it doesn't work on USB or rs232, then the whole ck3 is bad. Either case, depending on how I wanted my setup, I would check into getting a replacement.

Now it says "USB device not recognized" and that it has malfuctioned, is there any way to fix this, I've only had this a day.

Ive had the same problems before, i waited over night and the next day i got the usb device working again, strange why it does this i know, maybe leave your computer off over night aswell.
