Use that link, to find your desired video. Flashing a 79 is very close to a 78, so you can watch 78 videos aswell. Flashing a stock HIT is extremely easy if you have your setup all configured (your via into your pc, sata waiting you to plug it into the drive, port io/via drivers installed)

78 and 79 are flashed the exact same way as I said before.
Flashing a Stock 79 is as simple as opening the drive, cutting the power, sending mode b (with JF) re powering the drive, then selecting flash ixtreme, and click flash. Then wait.
