You download the .iso and burn it to a disk using img burn. It is for unlocking your samsung drive. Its for ixtreme 1.4 and earlier. If your drive is flashed with 1.4 or anything older, you need to unlock using that cd.

Also, activate.iso is used for booting non stealthed games...
