Hey Cofree,
Just to let you know that flashed my brothers Benq this morning using the NTFS4DOS cd that i had used for my samsung drive.
Everything all worked perfectly. Thanks for the tutorial that you have done, followed it apart from running the dben from usb stick(that did not work for me) and running it from my hard drive.
Really simple to do.

Re: Benq flashing With NTFS4DOS CD
I don't see anything related with ntsc4dos for benq....
Please helpppppppp.
Please helpppppppp.
Re: Benq flashing With NTFS4DOS CD
Ahh, I thought you meant general flashing....
NTFS4DOS is something most people don't need to use, including cofree and the guys from this site so i don't think it's been covered. Bob2461 is therefore probably your best bet seeing as he has actually flashed using this method. Personally I was doing some searching and found it was quite a lot of work to set up...
So how bout it Bob, fancy typing a tut out to help this guy out??

Re: Benq flashing With NTFS4DOS CD
Hey,
Sorry havnt had much time online recently.
*****Follow Cofree's video guide for flashing, but instead of using flash drive, use the cd and the brief details on how to use it.*****
Flashing with NTFS4DOS s really really simple. Just as simple as using flash drive.
Burn the bits to cd for NTSF4DOS.
Do everything in iprep as you would but where it says the drive, chose your harddrive (dont worry it wont wipeevrything off)
Boot into dos using cd (remember changing the bios on pc to boot from)
when in dos, go onto hard drive, go into iprep folder, run the dben and so on like you would in the main tutorial.
Once copy thefirmware, boot into windows, and go to iprep folder, make backup of orig firmware.
Boot back into dos using cd. and write the hacked firmware.
And thats about it.
