Question About Pot Tweeking

Hey Guys,
I just had a question about pot tweeking on the 360 drives. I was looking at Moda's guide here:

In the tutorial, he mentions the left pot is for the dvd's and the right is for CD's. Iam wondering if this is the same for all drives (Benq, Lite-on, Hitachi).
