Schtrom Error Message

I had a friend make a backup of a couple of my games and when I check them in Schtrom V4 it comes up with a no verification possible message on Video Layer 1 Blank and Video Layer 1 on Layer 1. All the other tests show passed.

He tells me that I should not worry about the error message and that the game will be fine on Xbox Live. I don't trust everything he says and do not want to be banned. Is what he telling me true or should I keep playing the originals until I find someone to make me a better copy?

dump the game again with xbc and the check with abgx360
