About iPrep v10.1
What's new in iPrep v10.1? Also, I keep hearing that there is an issue using iPrep v10.1 when trying to flash a BenQ drive. Has there been a fix yet for iPrep v10.1 when trying to flash an BenQ drive? Can someone please let me know. Thanks....c0afanh.

Re: About iPrep v10.1
Can you or someone give me a link to download iPrep v10.1? Also, do you need to also download a new ixDef file if I upgrade to iPrep v10.1? and if so, will it be compatible with using iXtreme v1.5, v1.51, v1.6, v1.6 0800, and future upgrades?commando_lee wrote:As far as i know there is no issues with v10.1 the prob was with v10 KLUTSH has now fixed this hence v10.1. Re: About iPrep v10.1
download/file.php?id=856" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; i never had to update the ixdef file, i presume that being as its 10.1 it will have the file automaticly. It works the same way as iprep 9 but with support for the 83850c drive. for that you will need this file as well download/file.php?id=852" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Re: About iPrep v10.1
Well v10 is much more automated, and klutsh made a little mistake when coding it... In v10 if you try to flash a benq it will try to use lite-on firmware.
v10.1 fixed that, so now when you try to flash your benQ it finds the correct fw to use.

Re: About iPrep v10.1
after I install iPrep v10.1, how do I install Lite Tool v0.1 in order for iPrep v10.1 to work when flashing the 83850c drive?commando_lee wrote:download/file.php?id=856 i never had to update the ixdef file, i presume that being as its 10.1 it will have the file automaticly. Re: About iPrep v10.1
Ok. Let me see if I get this. Their was an issue with using iPrep v10 when trying to flash a BenQ drive, and now since it's been corrected, their is now an iPrep v10.1 where you can flash a BenQ drive with no issues. Am I correct so far?c0afanh wrote:after I install iPrep v10.1, how do I install Lite Tool v0.1 in order for iPrep v10.1 to work when flashing the 83850c drive?commando_lee wrote:download/file.php?id=856 i never had to update the ixdef file, i presume that being as its 10.1 it will have the file automaticly. Re: About iPrep v10.1
<<<FOR YOUR INFORMATION>>>
I was just on klutsh.com website and found out that iPrep v10.1 has the same booting up issues as iPrep v10. Now iPrep v10.2 is now available for download. It was stated on klutsh.com that there should not be anymore booting up issues when using iPrep v10.2. I already downloaded the new iPrep v10.2 program and will be trying it very soon. I will post it on the forum if I have and problems or questions about using the new iPrep v10.2 program. Thanks....c0afanh.

Re: About iPrep v10.1
Iprep 10 has a few little teething problems just like any other program out there. But thanks to KLUTSH for putting all his time, effort and hard work into this we cant realy complain can we.

Re: About iPrep v10.1
No complaining doesn't solve anything. Like the bug with the benq's and iprep 10, I didn't complain about it, I found the problem and reported it. I didn't make a big deal about it, just followed the proper channels. Now that there is a beta program getting started for it, there will be far less bugs I believe.
