You might have to resort to using a heat gun.

what secondary error code are you getting?are you overheating chips after fix(without fans on?)i always overheat so it goes from 3rrrod to 2 rrod then power off, allow to cool then power on.otherwise heatgun is your only option
flash all phat's and slim drives upto 1175fw.awaiting delivery of cr3lite

Yea man, it all depends on what your secondary error code is. If you have like a 0020 error, the xclamp fix is not exactly a guarantee, you will need to reflow the box.

Also, you could have your screws on too tight...

found the erorr Details for Error -/0002 replace MOSFETS
Description:This error code is caused by a cold solder joint under the CPU or by a problem with the way it is powered(blown mosfet, capacitor or a short)
According to xbox-scene it is also a problem with the ethernet chip but I doubt that this is true.

Primary Errorcode 3 red lights 3 RLOD
E-Code / Secondary Errorcode - (no Audio/Video) / 0002
Known fixes:
1) Replace any broken capacitors/mosfets etc. or get rid of something that is shorting out in the CPU area.
2) X-Clamp replacement(CPU)
3) Reflowing the solder with a heatgun
Concentrate on the CPU.

So all I can tell you is to try reflowing... If that doesnt work, you will need to test and replace any dead capacitors/mosfets

I actually replaced the ethernet chip on one system and that was the fix exactly. It took some patience and a steady hand. But it worked great.
