Lite-On Flash Help

I have a Lite-on DG-16D2S.

Tools I Have

Xecuter Connectivity Kit v3 Pro with Probe
VIA 6421A PCI Card
CK3

Basically I Bought these items to flash my 360, I used the CK3 Tool & Jungleflasher, In Jungle flasher i got to the final stages of the flash when you have to erase your firmware and write the new one. So I Clicked Erase then the log said fail and my computer just froze up, I used the Probe to copy the Drive keys e.c.t I have the following .bin files:
Dummy.bin
Identify.bin
Inquiry.bin
Key.bin
Lite_CFW.bin
I requested some help from a guy and he said i need to boot from usb using iPrep but my computer won't let me boot from usb or floppy i have tried both.

I Really want to flash my drive i have spend like £50 (like $85) on all the things i need i really need some help and i would be very greatfull if someone who knows what there doing could help me.

Well this is what you will need to do:

If you cant boot from a usb or floppy, you should try booting from your optical drive:
