afaik, portIO32 is the only problem...
some people have reported you can use it if you resign the driver to work with 64 bit, but I haven't got a system running it so I've never tested...

Vista 64 bit will only accept signed drivers, PortIO is not signed. For you to install it you need to sign the driver.
I cannot explain how to sign it, but if you google "Signing PortIO Vista 64 Bit" You should get some tutorials.
