My problem is when it asks you make sure you xbox is on and then hit enter...it should go to the MTK thing....but instead it goes straight to Reading Bank 0, and i only get like 3 dots into that

note: my drive is already in vendor mode, with a parallel flash 0x70, atleast thats what JF tells me...

any help would be awesome

you need to give us more info. what drive? what command did you give?, where does it stop? what error? the more info the more answers

Its a ben q VAD6038, its the screen right after you enter you serial number, where it just tells you to hit enter to continue, in the vid tut...the MTK vendor thing pops up, but mine just said Reading Bank 0...then did nothing....

Make sure you have the right sata port specified when you setup iprep.
