Hitachi-LG DVD firmware flash

Hey guys just wondering if there is a noob proof video on how to flash this hitachi drive model #: GDR-3120L i have the ck3 connectivity kit and have flashed everyother type of drive BUT this one. Thanks in advance.

Ok also.........does the who process include retreiving the drive key and all that good stuff and where can I get the 1.6 fw for the hitatchi
