today i buy the rs232 cable but i find out my motherboard don't have the rs232. is there anyway i can use the rs232?

You will need some kind of converter cable. Most common is usually RS232 to USB

if your planning on getting this to enable you to dunp the key from a l74 using iprep then sorry it wont work, As USB devices off any kind are not supported.
