Banned Silver Account ?

I have a question that might sound strange but has anyone ever heard of anybody getting banned with a silver account? I never have had a gold account and Ive rolled the dice with bad backups I didn't patch properly in the past and thankfully never been band? Just wondering.

well with a silver account you can't play on xboxlive however i have notice that with a silver account it shows that you're online. so hey you never know. but that's really only if you've had a gold account and dropped down to silver for lack of payment. . . so if you never actually created an official gamertag then i doubt it.

if a console is banned it will not get on with any account
if you only had a silver acc
you still can/will be banned
