ok.. it doesn't sound good as sadalius & cofree have stated tho.. the 10sec trick is the common method for bypassing the firmguard (although not for me! I have to use the enable disc // maybe it's something to do with my sata card) I just read this thread from start to finish & some details...

If the drive bay doesn't open you should use the manual eject on the front of the drive.

Right so this is what happend. I burnt the 0800 to a DVD DL, Then i put iprep on usb using fw 1.2fast read. Booted my computer to the flash drive, typed y for prompt, connected the sata cable to the sata card, turn on my xbox and then the fcking drive wont eject. I even went as far as opening the wh...

Yes it does see the drive. This didnt happen before i flashed it incorrectly.

When ever i try to dumb the fw, as soon as i turn off the 360 and press 3 i get a noise. From there on i cant do anything even when i turn the 360 back nothing happens. The noise last until i turn off my computer. I tried different ports on the sata card and no luck.

Well its kind of late because i flashed my drive without following any of the tutorials correctly and i messed it up (E65 Error), plus the dumb ass i am i didtn even make a backup of my orig.bin, so iam kind of screwed now. Looking for places to repair the drive now.
