thats the first step man.
get iprep v007 uninstalled.
install the v006.2 beta.

then get a dump of your dvd drive.
that is first

if you have a copy of your orig frmware you could do a restore on the drive to get it back to stock.
i would only do that if it will not play orig game at this point
let us know how it goes

iprep will do all of those drive just fine.
Make sure after the dump of each you restart in windows and check the ofw with firmware toolbox to make sure it have a good key.
then make a copy of that ofw
then do the flash.
dont lose that orig key.

as long as you are using the sata card i said.
then the next thing to is try a different usb flash.
if you have to build the iprep on a floppy disc and try to get the dump.it would let you know that its working
dont flash that way unless there is no other way to get it.

i have a good idea of what its doing.
the ser wont mater as long as the first number are 7 long and the last is 5.

if its just hanging and not flashing the D1.
here is a list of hat to try.

D1 not flashing (for BenQ) :
What that means is the computer is not seeing the 360 drive. There are many different thing that can be causing this problem.
Chipset will not work. Most sata ports on the mobo will not work.
Try a different port on your sata card. The port closest to the front most of the time is the one to use.
Try a different sata card. This is a card that is known to work
http://tekgems.com/Products/la-pci22-vt6421a.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Try a different sata cable
Put the sata card in a different pci slot
I would try this just for kicks before the next step.Try a floppy maybe that will do it (don't hold your breath)
You may even need to try a different computer. This is rare how ever it will happen some time.

You don't have the sata cable connected to the back of the card do you? If so, try connecting it to the first port on the card, the one closest to the front of the computer and see if it will dump. Kind of hard to tell from the video where its plugged in at.

what is going on is the computer is not seeing the 360 drive for some reason.
sadaloius is on the money with the sata cable.
one more thing is
you have to build the usb flash iprep on the computer that is going to be hooked up to the 360.
that way the port info will be right.

after you have tried all the option
different sata port
pci card in a different pci slot.
if the computer has a floppy try that.
build your iprep on the floppy and see if you can get a dump.dont flash just try to get a dump.

Also understand that the sata port that you are going to use is on the inside of your computer most likely. I had a hard time seeing it on the video you posted, but it looked like you had it plugged to the exterior port. Sorry if that's not the case. :D
