Re: My 1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse
Well its the 420a engine, so no turbo upgrade without major rebuilding. Its a 16-valve, 2.0-liter DOHC engine that produces 140 horsepower at 6,000 rpm, but with the intake and exhaust, probaby closer to 170 hp(maybe, I haven't dyno'ed it before...). I have a cheap ass header on it now because of some gasket leaks, and no money to get something nice. I have planned to do a GReddy header to go along with my cat-back, but money is tight and I'm looking to get different car.parminder wrote:sweet man, whats the spec on it
I'm wanting this:
Its a '05 VW Passat GLS. Its a 1.8 liter, manual transmission, 1700 hp, with a turbo. Gotta do black on black. I just want a turbo so I can kick some ass on the streets.

Re: My 1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse
(your sig says you want to kick some ass on the streets).... the only real way to do that, is to get a sportbike. Just sayin' Other than that, even the "souped up" cars are gonna be slow. Once you go 9 seconds on a rocket you'll never mess with cars again.sccrbrandon4788 wrote:Well its the 420a engine, so no turbo upgrade without major rebuilding. Sweet ride man
See u got subs in the back
Ive got the old skool pioneer new york headunit in my car
Still think its 1 of the best headunits made
As 4 subs i only have two 12" W3 JL Audio subs and a alpine v12 amp running them
And just some pioneer 6by9s
Still pretty loud tho
