Well with the drive in mode b, and unlocked, just click restore to stock.
Why do you think you bricked it what happened?

the best thing for you to do is do a search for cofree's old hit drive flashing tutorial, that should get you up & running as the program he uses there will restore it to default. bear in mind though what he states in the beginning: if the drive has been flashed before you always want to restore it to stock first then flash it with the new firmware afterwards.

Are you using a ck3 to power the drive? If so, I find it helps to push the mode b button (to red), even if you use jungle flasher to put it into Mode B...
If you plug the drive back in to the 360 does, the power light blink contuinually? If it does, there's a good chance the drive's firmware has corrupted.
As for recovering a dead Hitachi, it's a lot of work...
Unlike the other 360 drives, all of the hitachi's commands are within the firmware. If the flash goes wrong and you end up with a corrupt firmware, all of the basic commands to change the firmware are lost as well. Basically, a chip containing the firmware on the drive PCB has to be desoldered and re-written with your key on a programmer. I've never seen anyone advertising this sort of service...
If you were trying to flash your drive, then you must have done a dump of it first (and made a backup)??
If you have a copy of your OFW with a good key you can spoof any drive in there, and it's as easy as a few clicks in jungle flasher.
Hope you can sort things out, I've bricked a V47 of my mates while he was sat there...
