For samsung drives with ixtreme 1.4 you would have to use the 0800 disk to unlock it prior to using junglelfasher or it won't show up. You should be able to use iprep though and the fact that you can't is kind of weird. Are you sure your VIA card only has one port? All of them have at least 2 ports...
